ABOUT JODIE

I'm Jodie Wickers, an expert sports nutritionist for hybrid athletes

I am a registered nutritionist who is passionate about debunking modern dietary and fitness fallacies and assisting people in developing an approach that complements rather than competes with the body in order to enhance not just physical and mental health but also athletic performance. As a hybrid athlete, I am aware of the value of healthy eating and how it affects my ability to perform at my best when engaging in physical exercise. When I eat well, I perform well, my performance is enhanced and recovery is quick!

My Approach - Personalised

My approach is extremely personalised, tailored and non-judgemental. I believe that nutrition can act as a healing tool for every aspect (both physically and mentally) of our wellbeing. I like to keep things practical and simple as I believe food should be a source of pleasure, and not stress. As a nutritionist, my job is to give you the most straightforward guidance and support to help you feel your best again. I will help you to correct nutritional deficiencies in your diet through the use of food, and, if, necessary, supplementation.

My Qualifications​

I firstly graduated from The University Of Surrey with a degree in Nutrition (BSc) and decided to specialise with a Master’s degree at The University of Westminster in Sports & Exercise Nutrition (MSc). I now practice as a Registered Associated Nutritionist (ANutr), and Registered Sports Nutritionist (SENR).
